All orders are processed with care and shipped using trusted carriers. Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility for handling and delivery transfers to the shipping provider. Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival to ensure their contents are in good condition.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. Libby Labs is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or changed addresses, or if a shipment is rejected or undeliverable. If a package is returned to us or additional fees are incurred due to these issues, an invoice will be issued to cover any reshipping or related charges before the order is resent.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. We strongly encourage new customers to order sample kits to test products before purchasing in bulk.
Returns will only be considered in the case of shipping damage. If your items arrive damaged, you must email photos of all sides of the shipping box and the damaged product to returns@libbylabs.com within 7 business days of delivery. After this window, the order is considered final and complete.

We are not liable for changes in product color, odor, or stability over time due to factors outside our control, such as storage or handling after delivery.

We do not issue store credit, refunds, or replacements for cosmetic variations or expired resolution windows.
If we make a fulfillment error, we will promptly correct it upon confirmation. Please reach out to us immediately if you believe a mistake has occurred.
